CNC Surveying, LLC is owned and operated by Carmel and Tim Conway, RLS with Vance Clark RLS board member. We are staffed by people Vance and Tim have worked with over their combined 90 years’ experience in major engineering companies. We do all aspects of professional surveying projects effectively. That leads to satisfied repeat clients.
Tim Conway, RLS is a strong leader for our company and is very involved in the Omaha community. Tim grew up in the Aksarben neighborhood back when it spelled H-O-R-S-E-S instead of Nebraska backwards. Tim’s family was involved with horses and horse racing at Aksarben Racetrack at 63rd and Center. Carmel’s family (eight Brennen sisters) is also very well known in Omaha.

CNC Surveying is a full-service licensed professional land surveying firm in Omaha, NE. We are a Women-Owned Small Business through SBA. CNC is a Tier II ESB, (Emerging Small Business) in the City of Omaha. We have a good record of working projects with local governments and municipalities like the City of Lincoln, Nebraska and Council Bluffs, Iowa. CNC has also been engaged by engineering, architecture and construction firms in the Greater Omaha area.
Latest Technology
CNC Surveying was founded in 2018 and is registered with the Nebraska Secretary of State. We run three to four survey crews performing GPS Control for pre-construction and construction projects. We do surveys for state, county and city roadways, site development, utilities, municipal infrastructure, buildings, bridges, levees, controlled sewer outflow projects and green infrastructure. We use the latest Trimble surveying equipment, including a SX10 (scanner/robotic total station) for topographical to construction surveys.
